EDGEV CBN-Wendeschneidplatten:

EDGEV Solid CBN ist polykristallines kubisches Bornitrid; Massives CBN wird aus HBN hergestellt, das durch Hochtemperatur- und Hochpressen gesintert wird. Die Härte nähert sich der von PKD-Schneidwerkzeugen an. Diese sind chemisch und heißstabil und verschleißfester als andere Schneidwerkzeuge.

Vorteile

Unsere CBN-Sorte:

1.ESBN200: 60 % CBN-Gehalt, ausgezeichnete Verschleißfestigkeit, geeignet für kontinuierliches Hochgeschwindigkeitsschneiden von gehärtetem Stahl und legiertem Material. Präzisionsbearbeitung gehärteter Lager

2.ESBN350: 80 % CBN-Gehalt. Es ist das herausragende gemeinsame Material mit ausgewogener Verschleißfestigkeit, Stoßfestigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit. Niedriggeschwindigkeitsschneiden von Stahl mit hohem Ni-Cr-Gehalt, hohem Chromgehalt, Schnellarbeitsstahl und gehärtetem Stahl. Hochgeschwindigkeitsschneiden von Grauguss, Sphäroguss, langsames Schneiden des Hartmetall-Wolfram-Walzenrings.

3.ESBN500: 90 % CBN-Gehalt, hohe Verschleißfestigkeit, Schlagfestigkeit. Zum Hochgeschwindigkeitsschneiden von Werkstücken aus Grauguss und Kugelgraphitguss. Geeignet für das Schneiden von legiertem Stahl mit mittlerer bis hoher Geschwindigkeit.

Wie erkennt man die Kantenvorbereitung?

1.Symbol: F, das bedeutet „Sharper Edge“, angewendet für die Endbearbeitung

2.Symbol: T, das bedeutet abgeschrägte Kante, angewendet für Schlichten bis Halbschlichten, zum Beispiel: T00520 (0,05 mm x 20 Grad).

3.Symbol: S, das bedeutet eine abgeschrägte und geschliffene Kante, die zum Schruppen bis zum Halbschlichten angewendet wird, zum Beispiel: S01020 (0,1 mm * 20 Grad)
